WikiLeaks was blocked 20th of July by the Turkish telecommunication authorities (TIB). Turkish authorities told that it was “administrative measure”. Around 300,000 emails of AKP ((Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi)  Justice and Development Party) were released by the WikiLeaks after the coup attempt in Turkey. Emails came from the akparti.org.tr – main domain of AKP. Emails are ranging from 2010 to 6th July 2016. As the source of the released documents mentioned, it is a revenge for the Erdogan’s purges after the coup attempt.

On Monday, Colombia's Constitutional Court approved the proposal to use a plebiscite to submit the peace accord between the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) and the government. The conservative government of Juan Manuel Santos now has to call for a plebiscite within a month.
