AKIpress reports that Turkmenistan plans to hold a summit Trans-Caspian gas pipeline project which aims the transportation of Caspian basin energy resources to the West through Azerbaijan and Turkey. It is expected the summit will be held on the level of high-level representatives from Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Turkmenistan governments. According to Trend news agency, the summit is planning to be held in late 2016. The official Ashgabat believes that the consent of the sides, covered by the project, that Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan are sufficient for laying the pipe through the bottom of the Caspian Sea, which the legal status of the Caspian Sea has not been defined yet.

The Chinese authorities have forbidden the largest online companies to publish original news stories. About it writes Bloomberg, referring to the decision by China's Cyberspace Administration, about which local media reported. The biggest news services allowed to post on their websites publications that were previously printed, or published in the state-controlled media. Otherwise, authorities will apply penalties to the companies. Thus the Chinese authorities prohibit Internet companies to place "current news", meaning all publications related to politics, economics, and foreign and social problems. According to Bloomberg, the ban would lead to virtually complete control of the state in the Chinese media, which, as previously pointed out by Chinese President Xi Jinping, must serve the interests of the ruling Communist Party.

Turkish government issued an order to arrest 42 journalists – informs Turkish media channel NTV. It is the next stage of repression in Turkey after the coup attempt on 15 July 2016. Orders for arrest are also concerned the former member of the Turkish parliament and famous commentator Nazli Ilicak, who is claimed to be a leading figure of Turkish media environment. In 2013 she was fired from pro-governmental media service „Sabah” due to the critics of the ministers, who were involved in the corruption scandal.

Arab league summit at Nouakchott may not be called “the summit of leaders”. Most of the Arab kings and Head of states were not present in this summit. Nevertheless they decided to serve their sentences to express their solidarity with other prisoners of conscience. Activists have made a public statement which was released by their support group Citizens Fighting for Change (Lucha). Organisation is based in Goma, the capital of North Kivu in eastern DRC.Accussed people are less that 30 years old. They were arrested on February during an opposition demonstration and then sentenced to 2 years in prison for starting riots and encouraging people to behave disobediently. After an appeal their sentence was reduced to 6 months in prison.

Muhammet Sait Gulen was taken into custody in Erzurum, eastern Turkey, and was taken to the capital Ankara. It was the first time when Gulen’s relatives were detained in the 21st century in Turkey. Turkish government blames Fethullah Gulen for the organizing the coup attempt in Turkey on 15 of July 2016. Fethullah Gulen is 75 years old Muslim cleric, who moved in exile to the United States of America in 1999. Tunisian parliament is looking for the next candidate for the Prime Minister post after the statement, that next week they will not support the current Prime Minister of Tunisia Habib Essid during the confidence vote. Habib Essid was under the high pressure since the last month, when the President of Tunisia Beji Caid Essebsi urged to create a new unity government, which will cope with economic and social tensions. In response, Habib Essid refused to resign from the post and called for the vote of confidence on 30th of July. But the ruling coalition, which held 150 from 217 seats in parliament agrees that country needs real changes, and will not support Essid on 30th of July. Tunisia experienced democratic government since 2011 when the autocrat Zine El-Abidine Ben Ali was overthrown. Amid the political democratization, there were no rapid liberal changes in Tunisian economy, which led to the continuing of periodical clashes in Tunisia.
