Spotkanie rozpoczęło się referatem dr Małgorzaty Bonikowskiej, prezes Fundacji Centrum Stosunków Międzynarodowych nt.: „Edukacja i kształcenie społeczeńnstwa obywatelskiego: zadanie dla Think-tanków czy NGO? Czego potrzebuje spoleczeństwo i polityka”. Referat otworzył dyskusję na temat roli i zadań organizacji, które wymienią się doświadczeniami i pomysłami.
