Diplomatic relations between Germany and Turkey date back more than 250 years. During this time, the two countries have developed quite a specific relationship. Even such a rich history, during which their fates intertwined in various ways, did not allow to build a relationship that would be free of serious shocks - writes Karol Wasilewski in the latest issue of the German Bulletin entitles "German-Turkish relations - a loose partnership".

The conference "Capacity market - solution for the future?", which was organized by the Centre for International Relations in cooperation with the Warsaw office of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung was an invitation to discuss to what extent this mechanism is needed in Poland, and what the status of discussions on this topic is in other countries.

The conference “Capacity market – a solution for the future?” is organized by the Center for International Relations in cooperation with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Office in Poland with the aim to offer a platform for the exchange of views on capacity market regulation instrument. The conference will take place on May 26, 2014, at 10.30am to 2pm, in Zielna Conference Center, ul. Zielna 37, Warsaw.
