The Kingdom of Morocco - the most stable state of the European South - is economically, historically and culturally linked with Europe. It actively promotes cooperation on the continent, positioning itself as a liaison between Maghreb and sub-Saharan Africa. Among the advantages of the Moroccan market are: its stable economic and political situation, extensive trade, foreign investments, its strategic location, an extensive network of free trade agreements with other African countries and a significant presence of Moroccan companies in neighboring countries. At a conference in Warsaw organized by Bank Zachodni WBK and Santander Group the speakers emphasized, among others, how active Moroccan banks are, with AWP, which operates in Maghreb and Central-Western Africa, being the most active.

The need to strengthen the Polish-German cooperation at the level of local government is often listed as the most important challenge of contemporary relations between the two countries. The problems which governments on both sides of the Oder face are far from grand politics created between Warsaw and Berlin, and are rather solved at the level of local cooperation, focusing on current affairs. This cooperation is also part of the internal European regional cooperation, which is one of the pillars of the European Union. On 16-21 November the largest Polish economic event in recent years took place on the American west coast. The event was organized in cooperation with a group of Polish institutional partners (ministries of foreign affairs, science and higher education institutes, economic and environmental resorts). The Polish delegation, headed by Undersecretary of State, Katarzyna Kacperczyk, was accompanied by more than 150 representatives from companies, research institutes, universities and organizations involved in the implementation of innovative projects.
