CSM expert - Bartłomiej Nowak has given an interview to Polish Press Agency: ‘Putin treats Obama, same way Chruszczow treated Kennedy: as a weak and unexperienced opponent. And it is true. The difference is that Kennedy had dealt with the situation perfectly, due to his leadership ambitions. Unfortunately, Obama is lacking those aspirations.’
