30 August 2016: Tonga has established diplomatic relations with Poland
On Monday, the Permanent Representation of Poland to the United Nations in New York, announced the establishment of diplomatic relations with Tonga Islands. As a result, Poland currently has diplomatic relations already with all countries of the United Nations. They signed Declaration of diplomatic relations between Republic of Poland and Kingdom of Tonga. In this declaration it was said that Tonga was one of first countries which declared war to Germany, when they invaded to Poland.
The Kingdom of Tonga is located in Polynesia constitutional monarchy , which since 1970 is a member of the British Commonwealth of Nations. Tonga inclued Tongatapu, Haapai i Wawau.
