Former Hong Kong leader, Donald Tsang was sentenced to 20 months in jail for misconduct in public area. Judge, Andrew Chan said, that in his judicial career he has never seen a man fallen from so high. 72-year-old Tsang, Executive Chief of Hong Kong in 2005-2012, is the highest-ranking officer, who stood before the court in a case involving corruption. Originally, the judge was going to give Tsang 30 months of jail but he reduced judgement, because of his proper impact to Hong Kong.
