Independent economic adviser and consultant in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Sergiusz Najar served on high positions in the Polish government (Undersecretary of State, Ministry of Infrastructure; Undersecretary of State, Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and within NGOs (board member of "Perspektywy" Foundation, IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence). Advisory and consultative positions on education (UNESCO - Social Sciences/Education sectors, Paris – consultant in the Youth Division and Adult Education and Literacy Section, 1986-90 and Poland – Adviser to the Minister of Education, 1991). He also worked in Polish Olympic Committee.
