Trainer and commentator. Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Relations (CSM) in Warsaw since 2019 and external lecturer at the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) since 2014. Mr Kaczyński is a certified trainer (by the European Commission) on the EU decision-making processes. He trains EU civil servants, as well as business representatives and NGO activists. Political advisor at the European Parliament (2012-14). In the past a researcher and head of unit dealing with the institutional matters at the Brussels-based Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS, 2007-12), and head of the European Programme at the Warsaw-based Institute of Public Affairs (ISP, 2004-7). Collaborator of the Polish NGOs such as the Center for Citizenship Education (CEO), Polish Robert Schuman Foundation, Stefan Batory Foundation, Foundation We the EU Citizens and others. Member of Team Europe, a group of experts affiliated with the European Commission Permanent Representation in Warsaw and associate research fellow with the Prague-based Europeum Institute for European Policy. A regular commentator with Euractiv.com, Onet.pl and on ad hoc basis with other media such as Gazeta Wyborcza, Rzeczpospolita and Balkan Insight.
